SNTC operates the most advanced hot-dip galvanizing facility in Oman, strategically located in the Special Economic Zone at Duqm (SEZAD). Our modern plant features state-of-the-art equipment and technology designed to meet the highest industry standards for metal galvanization and surface treatment.
Our hot-dip galvanizing plant has a production capacity of 18,000 tons per annum, making it one of the largest and most efficient facilities in the region.
The plant is built in the Special Economic Zone at Duqm (SEZAD), providing strategic advantages for industrial operations and logistics.
Our galvanizing kettle measures 8M x 1M x 1.5M, allowing us to handle large structural components and industrial equipment.
We have the capacity to handle structural items required for galvanizing in Oman, including large-scale industrial components and infrastructure elements.
For longer lengths and complex structures, we utilize a double-dip procedure to ensure complete and uniform zinc coating coverage.
